The LCA Role
From 2016 to 2018, LCA were brought on board to change outdated perceptions of Wembley Park, open the area up to new audiences and showcase a new creative neighbourhood in London. LCA developed and delivered a fully integrated PR and digital strategy for Wembley Park and its build to rent brand, Tipi (now Quintain Living). Across the digital and social channels, our strategic guidance and support saw exponential growth for the channel’s audience and reach, whilst delivering a vibrant and active online presence, and importantly helping to drive renters to Wembley Park.
