Showcasing London's new creative neighbourhood

The LCA Role

From 2016 to 2018, LCA were brought on board to change outdated perceptions of Wembley Park, to open the area up to new audiences and showcase a new creative neighbourhood in London. LCA developed and delivered a fully integrated PR and placemaking strategy for Wembley Park. Through this we helped put in place their events and enlivenment strategy, mark major milestones and craft and create PR opportunities to help change perceptions of the area. We led on the promotion of retail districts, including London Designer Outlet and Boxpark Wembley, and managed the accouncement of major cultural programmes, from Wembley Park Theatre to Second Floor Studios, as well as their ongoing seasonal programme and the consumer launch of their build to rent product, Tipi. As part of our role, LCA led and managed the revamp of their social media and digital channels.

Results delivered

LCA helped put Wembley Park on the map as one of London's most exciting and changed neighbourhoods. The delivery of our PR strategy saw us increase coverage by over 90% in this period, and drove a new audience to experience the destination. Across the digital and social channels, our strategic guidance and support saw exponential growth for the channel's audience and reach, whilst delivering a vibrant and active online presence. As part of our integrated approach, and in addition to traditional media tours, we secured 20+ social ambassadors (influencers) to visit, experience and promote the new neighbourhood, to a collective audience of over 3 million.
