Context and Objectives
LCA has performed a varied role across the three Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) since 2016, with a focus on profile-raising across B2B and B2C, and promoting the Northbank, Victoria and Westminster as destinations, attracting more people to visit and businesses to invest in these areas.
The LCA Role
LCA has helped raise the profile of the BIDs through media relations, direct marketing, social media, stakeholder engagement, events and advertorials. We look after press announcements for all three BIDs and recently helped launch the Victoria and Victoria Westminster BIDs new public realm vision ‘People Wanted’ with an exclusive in the Evening Standard. LCA also creates the Victoria and Victoria Westminster monthly newsletters that go out to all businesses members. We are currently putting together a panel for the BID’s high profile International Women’s Day event.
LCA have helped transform the communications strategy for the BIDS, working seamlessly across traditional and social media to help create, support and manage their communications activity to promote themselves and their transformational public realm projects. We have secured coverage for the BIDs across a number of national, regional and trade titles, supporting their presence as champions for livelier, safer and cleaner districts, for staff, students & residents.
