A packed LDN – London in Short this month includes another guest contribution, focusing on estate regeneration, from Pat Hayes, Executive Director of Regeneration and Housing, at Ealing Council. We also report on news of Cllr Sarah Hayward’s imminent departure as Camden Council leader, the Mayor’s ground breaking partnership with L&Q, two reports into tall buildings in London and the latest plans for the NHS announced by Chief Executive Simon Stevens.

The shocking events on Westminster Bridge and outside the Palace of Westminster continue to reverberate. Following the 82 seconds during which these horrific crimes were committed, tourists, Londoners and the emergency services have since come together in the spirit of hope in a service at Westminster Abbey.

As ever we welcome your comments on this month’s issue and do let your colleagues know they can sign up to receive LDN – London in Short here
