Izzy joined LCA in November 2020 as an Account Manager. Specialising in culture and placemaking, Izzy has five years of experience across communications, marketing and events management, both in-house and in a busy full-service agency. She has worked with some of the UK’s leading cultural organisations, including Southbank Centre and English Heritage. She also has a wealth of experience planning and promoting festivals, and successfully led the Marketing and Communications team for the world’s largest philosophy and music festival, HowTheLightGetsIn. During this time, she was lucky enough to work alongside leading politicians and public figures, including Noam Chomsky, Anna Soubry, Angela Eagle, Shami Chakrabarti and Owen Jones. Izzy has worked closely with the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá to deliver effective communications strategies and promote tourism and international relations for Colombia.
Prior to LCA, Izzy worked as an Account Manager at Sutton Communications, and is proud to have opened exhibitions for two of the world’s most significant living female artists, Tracey Emin and Bridget Riley. Izzy has a keen interest in politics and public affairs and spent her gap year working in UK Parliament in the office of Dominic Raab MP.
Passionate about good storytelling and the impact of positive cultural regeneration, Izzy manages the PR for Argent LLP’s King’s Cross and Tottenham Hale developments, as well as advising on communications for architecture firms, smart cities platform VU.CITY and major cultural institutions such as the Barbican Centre and The National Gallery.
When out of office, Izzy can be found cooking up a storm in her kitchen, singing jazz, lifting weights and hanging out with her cat. (Not all at the same time.)
